Coworking Space – Nah it’s different from conventional office
Most of us have worked in an office before. Remember entering the workplace, meeting all the employees of your organisation? Several departments of your companies are sorted in different cabins and the employees are busy in the company’s projects.
I left my job last year because I wanted to do my own things. With a few ideas in my, I left my company, that conventional office.
I knew I could earn more by freelancing..way more than I was earning in my previous job. After signing up on some freelancing websites and after bidding on hundreds of projects, I got my first lead. It was a good lead. So after 2 months since I left my job, I started earning again. From home this time. I was officially a freelancer now.
Things were going well, I was earning, I didn’t have to go to the office. No boss to judge you, no project managers around constantly reminding me of my deadlines, no pressure. But not everything was going as planned. I mean I was bored. I had no routine.
Wait! I wanted to work in an office again? But not with managers and deadlines? Solution? Hot Desking. I searched for hot desks in my area and selected the one that suited my needs. So I rented one. Not only now I had a great workplace to work at but also I was surrounded with like minded people. It was fun and way more amazing than I expected.
I wanted to share my experience with other freelancers out there. So here I am today – talking about Hot desks. These workplaces are thriving

- Variety of options: You have variety of options to choose from. If you want to come and work whenever you like, rent a hot desk. If you want to come and work routinely, rent a dedicated desk. You can rent a private cabin too.
Will working in such an environment boosts your productivity? You bet.
